Commissions are paid at a rate of the greater of 100% of the customer’s first month’s payment (unless specifically noted, in writing, otherwise upon acceptance of your Application or thereafter, which in no event shall be in excess of the amounts described in this section) or 10% commission on any project for each referred paying customer, as long as the customer maintains their service subscription beyond 90 days.
